Robert Lindsay Joins Jack Whitehall’s Bounty Hunters

Sky 1 has announced that Robert Lindsay (My Family) and Rosie Perez (Fearless) will star in new comedy drama Bounty Hunters, written by Jack Whitehall and Freddy Syborn.

In Bounty Hunters, Barnaby Walker (Jack Whitehall) is an antiques dealer trying to sort out his family’s cash-strapped antiques business. However, when he unwittingly buys a “blood antiquity” looted from the war-torn Middle East, he calls on New York bounty hunter Nina Morales (Rosie Perez) to return the statue and try to get his money back.

Robert Lindsay will play Barnaby Walker’s father, Nigel. Recently hospitalised after a mystery accident, he had secretly dabbled in the “blood antique” market hinself from his cluttered Wimbledon antique shop.

The cast also includes Charity Wakefield (Wolf Hall), Sophie Thompson (Gosford Park), Bradley James (Merlin), Ben Bailey Smith (David Brent: Life on the Road), Olga Merediz (Evita), Nigel Betts (Doctor Who), Corey Johnson (Captain Phillips), Kyle Soller (Poldark) and Christian Ochoa (Pitch).

Bounty Hunters is slated to air on Sky 1 in Autumn 2017.
