Stephen Moyer Returns To The UK For Safe House

Stephen Moyer (True Blood) returns to the UK to lead ITV’s new four part series of Safe House, written by Ed Whitmore (CSI) and Tracey Malone (Rillington Place), and directed by Marc Evans (Hinterland).

Ex-police officer Tom Brook (Stephen Moyer) runs a police safe house on the coast of Anglesey. His world is turned upside down when news of a crime breaks bearing the same hallmarks as a case he once worked on.

Years previously Tom investigated a series of abductions perpetrated by an assailant known as The Crow, who took wives away from husbands as they watched on. Upon hearing the news, Tom informs the police that he believes The Crow to be active again.

The cast includes Zoe Tapper (Mr Selfridge), Dervla Kirwan (Injustice), Jason Watkins (The Secret), Sunetra Sarker (Casualty), Ashley Walters (Top Boy), Sacha Parkinson (Mr Selfridge) and Joel MacCormack (Wolf Hall).

Safe House begins filming in Wales, Liverpool and Manchester later this month.
