Cormoran Strike Is Back Next Week In Career Of Evil

Career Of Evil, adapted by Tom Edge from the third book in the Strike series by Robert Galbraith (J.K. Rowling), premieres next week on BBC One.

In the series Tom Burke (War And Peace) plays Cormoran Strike, a war veteran turned private detective operating out of a tiny office in London’s Denmark Street. Assisted by his secretary Robin Ellacott (Holliday Grainger), Strike’s unique insight and his background as an SIB Investigator prove crucial in solving complex cases.

In the third instalment, a dismembered leg is sent to Strike’s office, sending both Cormoran’s and Robin’s lives into disarray as they are forced to confront ghosts from their pasts. Meanwhile, their partnership reaches breaking point as Robin’s wedding approaches, and they disagree about how to ensnare a man who abuses children.

Career Of Evil airs in two parts, beginning Sunday 25th February at 9pm on BBC One.
